How to Play

A simple guide about steering and guiding your boat around the world is presented in a series of animated screen shots. There is also a detailed tutorial written by people who play the game:

Forums

The notice board has important information about the game. It covers many Frequently Asked Questions as well as current issues or themes.
The support forum is where you can ask other players and administrators for advice or support.

Helpdesk

The helpdesk can answer questions that haven't been covered elsewhere. You will get your question answered most quickly if you write your question in English but we can deal with most languages. If your English is not too good, please use your native language (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) as it may well be easier for us to understand. If you need an activation code, please use the helpdesk.

Boat Polar

Nothing to do with polar bears, the North Pole or the South Pole, this diagram shows you how to get the most out of your boat. There is more detail about these in the tutorial (see above).
